How it works
Create an account
Sign up in seconds. Your workspace is created automatically.
Connect your n8n
Paste your instance URL and a read-only API key. It's sent over HTTPS, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and never exposed back to the browser.
Relax
FlowOps checks every 5 minutes and emails you the moment a workflow fails — with the error, the failing step, and a recommended fix.
Built for people who run n8n for others
20 clients. 8 servers. 130 workflows. One dashboard.
One dashboard, all instances
Your projects, your clients' servers — every workflow's health in a single view: Healthy, Degraded, Failed.
Root-cause diagnostics
Not just "it failed": see the failing node, the real error message, the probable cause and what to do about it.
Alerts that respect you
Emails only on state changes — a workflow breaking or recovering. No noise, no spam, deduplicated.
History that outlives n8n's logs
Every incident and recovery recorded on a timeline, even after n8n prunes its own execution history.

Questions you should ask
Is my API key safe?
Your key is transmitted securely over HTTPS, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and never exposed back to the browser after storage — it's only decrypted server-side during checks. We recommend a read-only key, which is all FlowOps needs.
What do I need?
An n8n instance reachable over the internet (HTTPS) — a VPS, cloud server, or n8n Cloud. That's where client automations live anyway.
Does FlowOps change my workflows?
No. FlowOps only reads: workflow list and execution results. It doesn't edit, execute, or host anything.
Is this affiliated with n8n?
No. FlowOps is an independent product built for the n8n community, using n8n's public API.
